When Kate Bosworth and Alexa Chung are sporting the same pair of shoes, chances are quite high they will end up on my radar as well. Kate and Alexa both belong to my personal top five fashion icons, nailing down the perfect casual chic look every single time. And yes, I managed to resist them for almost twenty minutes but I'm crushing hard on these mary jane flats by Carven now. The slightly squared toe, the patent-leather finish, the delicate ankle straps,... they bring the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. I could totally imagine wearing them day to night, sophisticated and off-duty.
