Summer hasn't officially arrived but it sure has been popping up several times these last few days. And although I'm sunny weather's biggest fan I'm also experiencing its downside as we speak; a very strong urge to shut down my computer and leave for summer holidays. Luckily lazy days by the pool are coming closer and closer. The next few weeks will involve some very serious relaxing in the South of France, aka our honeymoon spending our days lying in the sun, dipping in the pool, strolling the markets and staying up late.

My last Belgian outfits mainly consisted of white shirts and this stunning bright blue trench coat by American Vintage, my current favorite outerwear piece perfect for soft but cold spring breezes. Bold colors somehow evoke relaxed luxury and I have been so obsessed with this bright blue shade I haven’t been wearing anything else lately. This white, black and blue combo is what I consider bare necessity for strolling the streets during weekends; comfy white jeans and shirt, a large Pinko tote to carry all newly acquired treasures and some always reliable comfy Geox sneakers.

Unlike most other girls I do not have a thing for high heels, but I constantly find myself in love with all different kinds of sneakers. I think the main reason for that is because I feel to tall for heels and I love how they instantly add maximum coolness to any outfit.
