When invited to discover the new Comme ça collection a few weeks ago I didn't expect to be exploring a collection this big and versatile. Comme ça is a Belgian clothing brand owning the contemporary game quite well, taking affordable trends and high quality to the next level. Sure I wouldn't mind styling a few outfits with my favorite Comme ça items.  

I instantly found a first combination I was happy with. I started off with this star printed knit. As the weather is still temperamental over here I layered a plain T-shirt underneath. Then I styled it with what I consider my current favorite type of denim, cropped and with a subtle frayed hem. Denim got an update these days but still - due to its timelessness - it is such a versatile piece in everyone's wardrobe and can always easily be dressed up with heels, a shirt and a tailored blazer. For my everyday look I wanted an extra fun way to add interest. And that is where my new Steve Madden platform lace-ups enter the picture. They are my newest go-to statement shoes at the moment.
