Being on a quest for healthy and easy recipes 24:7 I have found my newest kitchen compagnon in the DOMO airfryer. Today I am sharing my ultimate airfried lunch salad with you; one I especially love because I usually have all these ingredients on hand.
What you need is:
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch of flat leaf parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons sunflower seed
2 sweet potatoes
80g goat cheese
What you do is:
Preheat the DOMO airfryer at 180 degrees. Toss the sweet potatoes in a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Once the DOMO airfryer is preheated put the slices of sweet potato in the basket and set the timer for twenty minutes. Meanwhile cook the quinoa in water (preferably with a chicken bouillon cube), for about twelve minutes. Remove it from the heat, let it cool down and fluff it with a fork. Add the sweet potato, chopped parsley, lettuce, sunflower seed and goat cheese. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
To be honest I was quite sceptic at the beginning but after one apero with very disappointing cheese balls we got rather easily and pleasantly surprised and am airfrying almost everything that enters kitchen.
