Those who are following me on Instagram have already read how the final week of 2016 left us completely heartbroken. At its very end 2016 decided to take our beloved English Bulldog Cécile away. And although we are still missing her terribly, at the same time we feel extremely blessed to have welcomed yet another sweet angel, English Bulldog puppy Clémence, into our life. 

With a new year ahead of us I would like to approach it refreshed and focussed, counting my blessings and banning all negativity. It is the time to contemplate on where we've all reached so far and take advantage of renewed optimism and energy to pursue our passions, follow our hearts, take risks, try new things, and do what makes us happy.

Oh, and clean slates demand a new scent as well, don't you think ? I'm getting quite hooked on Acqua Colonia's Blood Orange & Basil. 

For 2017, let me wish you all the flourishing of new experiences, the strength to handle the challenges and above all LOVE.
