When decorating a house I always think classic, fresh and as versatile as possible. What I look for in interior design are fresh takes on classics, not too one of a kind but with some subtle unique detailing. 

Meet these super versatile Nils stools by Ikea. I have always been a huge fan of mixing colors and patterns and when dressing up our stools with their new Bemz covers I picked out a variety of lighter and darker hues of grey and baby blue. As I wanted the subtle contrast of the covers to spice up our living room and dining area in a fun yet harmonious way. Mission accomplished. This is exactly what hits home to me.
