Throwback to one week ago, spending the afternoon at my hairdresser of choice, L'Atelier Geraud. My roots needed a little color touch-up and I had been noticing more and more bad hair days lately and so I headed to Antwerp for a few hours of luxurious pampering.
A while back I shared another visit with you; I was struggling with frizzy hair and a brassy shade and they managed to send me home with the perfect shiny hair color. (You can read all about the excellent job they did here) Last week I was considering a change but I wasn't convinced about going darker, cutting it all off or saying goodbye to my middle-parting and go back to side-swept bangs. So I went a bit lighter instead. My colorist recommended a subtle balayage that adds some extra depth to my naturally lightened summer hair color and made sure it was cool enough to complement my complexion. As I prefer simple hairstyles I just had my damaged ends cut off. Nothing too tricky for me :-) but happy as a hippo I walked out with hair that never looked so fresh.
The best compliment I can give my hairdresser is recommending it to you. And oh, I do! L'Atelier Geraud is by far the most trusted hairdresser I ever had my hair did and my visit last Friday was yet another very rewarding experience.
