When you'll spot me on a regular working day you're very likely to see me sipping some water.  I'm a true firm believer of drinking plenty of water. Not only to keep me well-hydrated but also because a daily dose of three litres helps me fight my recurring headaches and it makes me feel fitter, leaner and healthier. And yes, the evening of my skin tone is a nice benefit as well :-)  
Not that I find it hard to get to my optimal amount every day but I do admit drinking nothing but water during the day - I basically wake up with a banana and kiwifruit smoothie and a glass of apple and beetroot juice - can sometimes get a bit boring... So when I got introduced to SodaStream a few weeks ago, I was more than intrigued. Such a must have for turning your tap water into sparkling water in just a sec and it even gets more genius when you can create your own soda and soft drink by adding flavor to your carbonated water. Especially the MyWater fruit flavors got all of my attention, unsweetened, all-natural flavor essences for making lightly flavored seltzer. They are 100% healthy and come in the widest variation of flavors, from blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and pomegranate to lemon lime, pear and rhubarb. And it is up to you to adjust the flavoring by adding more or less MyWater.  
Now, if you're one of the many many people finding drinking at least two litres of water a day a chore then I'd say you should seriously consider a SodaStream in your life. On the plus it is much more environment friendly and economical than choosing bottled soda!

  2. Ik probeer ook zo veel mogelijk water te drinken, want als ik dat niet doe, krijg ik echt hoofdpijn. Meestal lukt het me wel. :)
