Yesterday I was invited to the Hunkemöller SS12 Swimwear Fashion Show in The House of Amsterdam. It turned out to be a very cosy event so all of us guests were treated with some sort of VIP treatment - in fashion words that means: front row seats.

Hunkemöller succeeded in creating a summer-ish atmosphere in the middle of rainy Amsterdam. Models paraded on a beachy catwalk surrounded by bright pink candles. The SS12 Swimwear by Hunkemöller looked both wearable and playful yet brilliantly modern. Every single piece can set your beachwear apart from the crowd. To me the show climaxed with the shiny peacock prints. It is hard to describe the entire collection as it is divided into ten different themes. So I decided to let the pictures do the talking.

The people from Hunkemöller were so generous to offer us our three favorite pieces. I ordered the peacock printed bikini, the black see-through tunic and the glamorous blouson bathing suit. Which items do you like the most?
